The Shelly Beach Lions Club was officially chartered in 2008 and forms part of Multiple District 410-C (Eastern South Africa) - Zone 6.

 

Shelly Lions aim to serve the local community though dedicated service projects that encompass the main focus points of Lions International, including:

 

FREE BLOOD SCREENING CLINICS, TRAINING AND SUPPORT

 

FEEDING SCHEMES AND SUPPORT OF LOCAL SCHOOLS

AND CRÈCHES

 

SIGHT & HEARING

 

OPERATION BRIGHT SIGHT AND PROVIDING FREE HEARING AIDS AND READING GLASSES TO THOSE IN NEED

 

ENVIRONMENTAL

BEACH CLEANUPS, TREE PLANTING AND URBAN IMPROVEMENT

Club meetings are held every 2nd (Board of Directors) and 4th Thursday of any given month at 18:30 at the Lions' Den, Izotsha Memorial Park, Shelly Beach, Republic of South Africa.

4th Thursday - Club General Meeting
